That's why we offer a free lifetime cleaning and polishing service for all our parts.
Whenever you need it, you can bring or send your jewelry to our store and then take it to our workshop, where our jewelers will restore its shine and original appearance, with the same attention to detail with which it was created.
Important:
The piece must be sent in proper condition; we cannot work on irreparable damage. Before shipping it, you must send us a video of your jewelry so we can confirm what work is possible.
How to apply?
If you're in Mexico City: Visit our store located at Colima 340, Roma Norte.
If you live elsewhere: Send your item by courier (shipping is at your expense). We'll take care of returning it ready to continue serving you.
